Required when employees must evacuate OR take emergency action in response to fire or other emergency

§1Purpose & Scope1910.38(a)
Regulatory requirement: An EAP must be in writing (for facilities with more than 10 employees), kept in the workplace, and available for employee review. It must cover procedures for emergency evacuation, medical emergencies, and shutdown.
